Fiona McMillan

Fiona is a science writer, novelist in progress, sporadic short story writer, and occasional poet.  She has a BSc in physics, a PhD in biophysics, and a mild-to-troublesome obsession with medieval French history and folklore. She has written science articles for Cosmos Magazine, and her science story The Vanishing Writers was selected for inclusion in the Best Australian Science Writing 2015 anthology. On the fiction front, she has published a short story in Wet Ink magazine and her first manuscript was selected for the 2010 Hachette Australia/Queensland Writers Centre Manuscript Development Program. She has a novella and a new novel in the works.
